Improved inspection filters, hotkeys and more
With the 5 May 2025 update we delivered numerous enhancements and optimizations to make everyday work in Memida even more efficient and user-friendly.
New features at a glance
Custom filters in the inspection equipment list
You can now select multiple filters simultaneously in the inspection equipment list. This lets you narrow down the content based on your own criteria and find the right items faster.
Archive inspection equipment when creating reports
When you create an inspection report with the type “Other” and the result “Scrapped,” Memida now asks whether the inspection equipment should be archived immediately—a time-saver for administration.
Archived inspection equipment cannot be restored. If something was archived by accident, please contact our support team via ticket.
New hotkeys for faster work
Multiple pages now support keyboard shortcuts to streamline editing, searching, and adding data. The global shortcut ⌘ + K on macOS (Ctrl + K on Windows/Linux) is especially handy for opening or closing the search.

Unified one-time calibration interval/date
You can now set a one-time inspection date or calibration interval for equipment. This makes it easy to synchronize several devices for the same appointment, ideal for coordinating batch inspections.
Update notifications for users
Users now receive notifications about new features and updates. If you prefer not to see them, you can disable the option under Settings → Notifications.

API enhancement
New field on apparatuses: is_one_time_next_check_at
The API data model for apparatuses includes a new Boolean field:
is_one_time_next_check_atindicates whether a one-time due date (next_check_at) is set.- The default is
false; when a one-time interval/date is active, it becomestrue.
General improvements
- Faster load times for a smoother experience
- UI refinements for better clarity and usability
- Minor bug fixes to stabilize the application
These updates make Memida more powerful and comfortable—supporting efficient inspection management and a better user experience.
