The serial number matches, but when was the item last inspected? The Memida App can now answer questions like this even where mobile reception does not reach. The new offline feature brings inspection equipment records, report details, and selected files directly to the point of use, from the warehouse to the construction site.

Once enabled, the iOS and Android app handles regular updates automatically when connected. You no longer need to synchronize manually before every lookup.

From a series of measurements to the finished document, many details need to come together: measurement requirements, reference devices, actual values, and their evaluation. Memida now combines them in a guided certificate creation workflow directly on the inspection equipment. The result is a digital calibration certificate (DCC) with machine-readable XML and a readable PDF representation.

The feature supports documenting a calibration that has actually been performed. Measurement and technical responsibility for the procedure and measurement uncertainty remain with the laboratory performing the calibration.

This update makes it much easier to work with sites, storage locations, and calibration labs in Memida. In addition to several fixes we expanded the master data tools and refined the UI for better clarity and faster handling.

Memida now offers an extended feature for inspection reports that validates PDF, XML, and DCC (digital calibration certificate) files for DAkkS-compliant eAttestation signatures.

With the 5 May 2025 update we delivered numerous enhancements and optimizations to make everyday work in Memida even more efficient and user-friendly.
