Your inspection equipment data belongs to you. Memida ensures that you always have full access to your data, whether for backups, audits, or further processing in your own tools. No lock-in, no restrictions.

Memida provides three export methods to cover different requirements:

VDI/VDE 2623 Export​

The VDI 2623 export generates a standard-compliant XML file according to the standard of the Association of German Engineers. This standardized exchange format enables cross-manufacturer data transfer and is suitable for master data exchange, audit evidence (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and standard-compliant archiving.

JSON Export​

The JSON export delivers the entire inspection equipment inventory as a compressed ZIP archive with machine-readable JSON files and all associated documents. The open format is particularly suitable for data backups, migrations to your own systems and analysis in tools such as Excel, Python or BI tools.

API Export​

The REST API enables programmatic access to individual records in real time. This allows you to selectively retrieve inspection equipment data, integrate it into external systems or build automated workflows, without daily limits and with full control over the data scope.

What is the export for?​

  • Data archiving: Standard-compliant long-term archiving of your inspection equipment data
  • Data exchange: Sharing inspection equipment data with suppliers, customers or calibration service providers
  • Audit evidence: Standardized documentation for quality management audits (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
