Dashboard
The dashboard is Memida's central working overview. It combines current due dates, warnings, inventory metrics, open notices, required actions, and unread changes to inspection equipment. All values relate to the data scope available to you and the selected company and cost center filters.

Due Inspection Equipment by Time Period
The due-date overview organizes physical inspection equipment into four time periods:

A value of zero cannot be selected. If exactly one physical item of inspection equipment matches, Memida opens its detail view directly. For multiple matches, the metric opens the correspondingly filtered inspection equipment overview. The company and cost center selections from the dashboard remain active.
Compact Metrics
In addition to the due-date overview, the following cards may appear:
- Warnings shows the number of inspection equipment items due soon and opens the correspondingly filtered list.
- Calendar shows the current date and opens the calendar view. The card is visible with permission to read inspection equipment.
- Users shows the number of user accounts and opens the users area. It is visible only to administrators with permission to read users.
If there is no inspection equipment yet in the available data scope, the dashboard displays an appropriate starting point. The button for creating inspection equipment appears only with the required write permission.
Charts
The three donut charts show the count and percentage for each category. The total appears in the center of each chart. Selecting an entry in the legend opens the corresponding filtered inspection equipment list.
Due Status
The chart distinguishes between not due, due within one year, due soon, due, and overdue.
Managed Inventory
The inventory is divided into monitored, archived, and without monitoring. The total describes the physical inventory in the current filter scope.
Operational Readiness
Operational readiness distinguishes between Operational and Not operational.
Inspection equipment groups and sets are structural containers. They are not counted as additional physical inspection equipment in dashboard metrics. Their physical members remain included according to their own status.
Notices & Activity
The Notices & activity card combines open entries in a shared, scrollable work list. Only categories with content and their counters are displayed.

If there is no inspection equipment yet in the available data scope, the list displays Add first piece of test equipment. If there are no open notices, actions, or changes, a shared empty state appears. Additional inspection equipment with Action required is loaded as you scroll.
Review Changes and Mark Them as Viewed
A change row contains the inspection equipment name, identification number, time of the change, and—depending on permission—the person who made the change. The row itself opens the inspection equipment. The separate history icon opens only the complete history as a dialog.
Use ← and → to move through all unread inspection equipment from the current dashboard list in the dialog. The position indicator shows where you are in this selection. When you open a history, Memida marks the latest change to that item as viewed and updates the dashboard, list, and detail view.
On an inspection equipment detail page, the unread state initially remains so that you can review the highlighted changes using View. The change is considered viewed only when you leave the detail view or dismiss the New changes notice. Your own changes do not appear as unread. If you edit an item that was previously unread, the change is also considered viewed.
Use Mark changes as viewed to confirm all unread changes in the currently selected company and cost center scope.
You can choose which history events create change notifications under User profile > Settings > Notifications > Change notifications. The selection is user-specific; you can enable individual events, entire groups, or all events.
Filters
On the dashboard, you can filter by Companies and Cost centers. A search is available within each selection menu. A counter shows how many filters are active; use Remove filter to reset the selection.
The filters apply consistently to due-date values, metrics, charts, chart links, and all categories under Notices & activity. They are saved for each user and remain active until you change or remove them.
Filters do not extend permissions. Regardless of the selection, you see only companies, cost centers, and inspection equipment to which you have access.

- (1) Filter selection: Select the companies and cost centers whose inspection equipment should be included.
- (2) Dashboard content: Memida updates the displayed metrics and charts according to the selection.
- (3) Active filters: The counter shows how many filters are set. The selection remains active until you change it or reset it with Remove filter.
