Calibration Certificate
A calibration certificate is a formal document that confirms the results of a calibration. It is issued by the performing calibration laboratory and serves as proof that an inspection equipment has been tested against traceable reference standards.
A calibration certificate typically contains:
- Identification of the calibrated device (manufacturer, type, serial number, inspection equipment number)
- Measurement results with determined deviations and measurement uncertainties
- Reference standards against which the calibration was performed
- Environmental conditions during calibration (temperature, humidity)
- Date of calibration and validity period
- Accreditation of the laboratory (e.g. DAkkS, SCS)
In memida, calibration certificates are attached as documents to inspections and are available for download via data exports and the REST API.
