Open inspection equipment records and supporting documents
The inspection equipment record brings together the information you need on site. Open an item using search or scan and first check its status and next inspection date.
Linked supporting documents, photos, comments and location details provide further context. The app displays content that exists for the inspection equipment and is available to your user account.

The displayed status (1) appears at the beginning of the record. For monitored individual items of inspection equipment, you can see the last inspection, inspection interval and next inspection date (2). Offline, these details come from the most recently synchronized data; check its update status under Offline & synchronization.
Use the information icon in the header (3) to open further master data: ID no., serial number, cost center, delivery date, calibration laboratory and any maintained additional fields.
Open groups and members
For an inspection equipment group, Group members opens the included items of inspection equipment. Open their inspection reports and inspection instructions in each member's record.
If an item belongs to a group, you can switch to the group record under Part of a group. Status inherited from identifies the member whose status determines the group's status.
Review inspection reports, inspection instructions and attachments

Open Inspection reports (1) in the inspection equipment record. If there are multiple reports, the app groups them by year. The detail view shows the inspection type, use decision and inspection date, as well as report text, additional fields and attachments. Compare these details with the supporting document you need.
Open a PDF file in the integrated viewer (2). Use its share menu to send the file to another available app. For other file types, Memida downloads the file and opens the system's share or open menu; not every format is displayed within the app.
Offline, report data and files must be considered separately: files must be selected in advance using the offline file options and fully downloaded. For report files, this preparation covers the most recent inspection report for each item of inspection equipment. Older report data may be readable without its files.
Under Inspection instructions, read the stored Calibration procedure, Inspection plan, additional fields and attachments. The app provides these details for reference. Use the web application to record or perform inspections and to edit reports and instructions.
Under Attachments, you can find other files stored with the inspection equipment, provided this area is enabled for your user account.
Use images and comments
Open an inspection equipment image to view it full-screen. Use two fingers to zoom and pan. Double-tap to zoom into the area you tapped or reset the view, for example to read a nameplate more closely.
Offline, only fully prepared images are available. Under Comments, pinned notes appear first. When connected to the internet, you can add your own observations with a photo or comment.
View the location on a map
If a location is recorded and available in your Subscription, the record shows a map section.

Tap the map to open the full-screen view. There, you can pan and zoom. The map shows the recorded location; it does not replace GPS tracking or route guidance. No offline map package is prepared. Change location details in the web application.
